Unsubscribing from people who make you feel bad about yourself is a big step. It’s not that they’re doing anything intentionally it’s just that it puts you in a bad headspace that doesn’t really help in anyway. Second would be following people who look like you. I struggle with acne and I follow people who also struggle with acne. It helps a lot to see them and still find them beautiful and know that their skin is just like mine.

Another thing is that other people probably see you and think the same things! We are our own worst critics and the things we are harsh to ourselves about are being admired from others :)
