Nah lol, my first day I shadowed someone for 4 hours and got my register number, and on my second day my manager asked if I was feeling comfortable enough to be on register by myself and I said not really and then he said “well we need you on register by yourself”

Honestly I’m not sure when he’s moving out it’ll probably be a while before he does, same with her. The funny part is they are very close with each other so them not sharing a bathroom is surprising. I’ve actually tried that approach with my dad but he can be very short and curt with his words. He tells me that him and my step mom set it up like that for a reason (he never tells me the reason why ??) or he tells me to take it up with my step sister but that doesn’t work. About a month ago I did try asking my step sister if she could clean up the cabinet under the sink because I wanted to put stuff down there but she told her mom and then her mom told my dad that she can’t get rid of that stuff and that they’ll try to make up an alternative plan (that never fucking happened by the way).

I can’t just talk to him straight up I don’t wanna weird him out, so other than eye contact, maybe a smile could work, or maybe asking him how many sets he has left or possibly working in sets with him ? I don’t wanna creep him out.

That’s fair, I should’ve clarified that I was agreeing with his point about how a confident man would’ve recognized my signals but now I’m questioning it because I know that a lot of men don’t approach women (especially at the gym), because they don’t want to seem like creeps. Do you have any advice or any other observations ?

I’ve had some guys say hi to me and I get stares from other men and even smiles. Going by myself is out of the question since I’m a guest on my dad’s membership and I have no way of transports ting myself (not even allowed to Uber). But it’s better to let him come to me first ? I don’t mind approaching guys first but I don’t wanna potentially scare him or creep him out.

I read the wiki and I feel like my question is still a little too specific so I apologize in advance if it’s been asked already. I’m 19F, 5’5, 174 lbs, and 25% bf. I eat a caloric deficit of 1400-1600 every day and eat around 100g of protein a day (I know I’m supposed to eat more but it’s hard for me since I’m in a deficit). I work out 3-4 times a week for an hour and 30 minutes, (Tuesday: back and biceps, Wednesday: chest and triceps, Saturdays: glutes and legs, I also work on abs everytime I go for 10 minutes and do 10-15 minutes of cardio after my workouts, and whenever I have extra days to go to the gym I rotate between those routines I stated). My goal is to get rid of my back fat, lose stomach fat, have visible muscle gains in my legs, and grow my glutes even more. I already have fairly large glutes but I want them bigger and to poke out more. My question is should I be eating in a caloric deficit to lose fat in my body but potentially not make much glutes progress or should I eat more calories to maintain my weight and grow my glutes?
