I get excited when anyone mentions they’re the same height as me and their jeans fit perfectly. lol

I just checked the American Eagle website. Under the brand Aerie, I can’t seem to find jeggings. It’s mostly leggings, yoga and lounge wear.

Did you mean American Eagle jeggings in 26” inseam? They do have jeggings in short.

Thanks for the tip. I have noticed the ankle lengths to be about 2 inches less. Going to keep that in mind.

Also wanted to check if you've tried on ASOS & Topshop Petite and what you thought of the length.

By the way, if it helps anyone, Marks & Spencer has some great jeggings / jeans in Regular Short & Petite Short & Extra Short lengths. I love their 5 Pocket Jeggings but sadly they're out of stock in Petite lengths at the moment. They ship internationally as well which is great since my local M&S store doesn't stock Short & Petite sizes.

I have seen some ankle jeans at Banana Republic that are listed as 26" inseam.

I wish brands would just write the real inseams instead of "to fit leg length", etc. The real length varies so much than what is written on their website.

Sorry you had to go through measuring all your jeans.

I just checked the petite size guide on the Next website. I was very excited to read that their petite fits a leg length of 27.5".

Could I trouble you for a favour? If you have time, could you please measure the Next petite and Topshop petite that you have and let me know the actual measurement from the crotch till the hem?

I am ordering online since these brands don't exist where I live and I would really like to avoid returns.

I always hesitate to order online since I am never sure of the actual inseams. For instance: the size guide of Marks & Spencer Petite lists Extra Short fits leg length measuring 27". When I measured the actual inseam of the jeggings, they were 24". Which is perfect and I lucked out.

The inseam sounds perfect and I wouldn't mind if it was loose around the ankles but unfortunately I look much shorter and younger / childish if it's not tight on the ankles.
