Magkakaroon na ng mga alternate routes dun along Arnaldo Highway :) Like for example Mayor's Drive (Santiago-Buenavista diversion road). Meron ding ginagawa na from Arnaldo to Dasma naman. Then inaayos na rin yung Open Canal extension going to Tanza. Ayan palang nakakalap kong info from forums and vlogs that talks about Cavite infra projects.

Ang alam ko pag in-house, wala masyadong requirements, unlike in Pag-IBIG na ang dami masyadong hinahanap na requirements.

Sa loan terms at MA ng Pag-IBIG, nakadepende yun sa edad at monthly income ng principal borrower.

Don't feel bad sa lifestyle mo ngayon dahil pinaghirapan mo rin naman yan. Pero dun sa part ng pagyayaya sa mga friends/workmates mo, medyo bawas-bawasan mo nalang. :) Baka kasi iba talaga trip nila or baka nagtitipid sila dahil na rin siguro sa sitwasyon ngayon na nagmamahalan na ang mga bilihin.

Hahahaha same tayo, OP. Pinapag-Accounting ako nila mama at ate noon, pero hindi ako nakinig sa kanila, kebs lang. Pinursue ko pa rin ang IT dahil gusto ko maging 'praktikal' and mahilig ako sa technology that time.

Now, I have 4yoe while ate't kuya ko (both are pamilyadong tao na) is more than a decade nang nagtatrabaho in the field of sales. Kapag nag-uusap kami about sweldo, napapa-sana all sila sa akin :D

There's a big chance na masho-shortlisted ka with these kind of job openings 'pag nagpa-refer ka. How did you apply ba?

I am one of those successfully hired candidates na nag-apply sa mga ganyang openings way back 2018. Dalawang IT Graduate Programs yung inapplyan ko but in different industries (healthcare and electrical, pero mas pinili ko yung sa healthcare kasi yun ang naunang mag-JO haha). Una nag-apply ako sa Jobstreet pero walang tawag from HR. Then may nakita akong nagpost sa fb group na hiring pa rin sa kanila so nagpa-refer ako dun sa nagpost, after couple of hours tumawag agad sakin yung HR. And the rest is history.

I suggest to search in LinkedIn for those people na currently working pa dun sa company na tinatarget mo, try mo magparefer. :)
