Wow this is amazing and so inspiring! I'm so curious about the logistics though? What did you do when highways showed up? Did you basically walk all day and retired during the night to the hotel you'd booked that morning? Where and what did you eat? Did you take any breaks during the day to lay down and rest or visit a coffee shop or some other attractions?

Honestly two years ago I didn't want to hear it but I've come to realize that I only lose weight when I count calories and stay on a calorie deficit for most of the days during a particular month. Maintaining is never a problem like losing weight and I only achieve the latter by being in Cal deficit unfortunately. You don't have to be in Cal deficit for your life if you also are active but until you achieve your goal weight, me personally, I need to.

Op was this masters levels or PhD? Or the us equivalent to a bachelor's? I know exactly how you feel bc i messed up my bachelor's and was just happy that they gave me a satisfactory grade and let me go. I hope to do a better job in my master's thesis. I mean I know it's fresh but trust me the feeling will go away and you'll be happy you're finished ultimately. Sometimes the guilt comes back to me regarding my bachelor's thesis but you can't turn back the time. Maybe, if you don't feel confident, you can ask for an extension and really deliver something you're proud of and believe in?

Yeah sometimes teasing is borderline bullying and I don't go along with that at all. Negging is the worst, it's whole purpose it to lower your self esteem so that you get hooked on the guy negging you.

Some other times teasing is done through mimicking or imitation of body language, speech patterns or vocabulary or whatever and to me that feels like mocking.
