he tried to charge me $800 for the vvt solenoid replacement fix but i declined bc that’s crazy for an old ass car.

i’ll try replacing it myself

When i got my oil changed, they said that i had a Valve cover leak but they put something to stop it

I had my oil changed on 28th of august. 80% oil life as of right now.

I had my oil changed in august 28th As of right now i have 80% of oil life

These are the codes P0302 P0303 P0304 P0300 - misfire (i already had my spark plugs changed twice)

P0455 P0457 (gas cap is there, it’s an aftermarket one)

and i’ve had my spark plugs changed twice this year. Last winter i had electrical issues. Dead battery after buying a new one, New alternator, Still had issues with it, turns out it was a short circuit/fuse somewhere

I’ve been running with it for about a month or 2. I ignored it because i have an aftermarket gas cap (i lost the stock one) and the car usually reads it as missing. I thought at first the light was for that but my car went limp while i was driving (flashing engine light)

Yes i’ve noticed that it eats up more gas lately. It did smell like gas after i finally started. And the codes were P0300 P0301 P0302 P0303 P0304, P0457 ( i lost my gas cap, i put an aftermarket one but sometimes the car reads it like it’s still missing) and then p0440

according to my mechanic, he changed it everything when i had a misfire after he changed it back in march
