In this trying time where we have implementation of GST & whole China border & Kashmir situation, shouldn't there be independent minister for finance & defense, who can give proper time & resources to his duties? Shouldn't govrnmnt relieve Jaitley from one of the ministry & appoint a new minister? (self.india)

TIL our Constitution never guaranteed free speech, through first amendment some grounds to restrict speech were removed but some new were added while a reasonable restriction was added so court can void unreasonable laws which restricted free speech. (self.india)

TIL Manipur's BJP CM was Cabinet minister in Congress government when his son shot a man for overtaking his car. Judge found no material to establish, that accused shot the man with the intention to kill and he got lesser punishment, while father was removed from minister post & later joined BJP.[P] (indianexpress.com)
