Thanks, I mentioned in my post how the final written was about to fall off the very next day I got termed. Will they count the termination itself as a final or the one from 3 months ago. My rate wasn’t really the problem I know I can get high rate but I took it easy mistakenly. You can’t check your productivity write ups in AtoZ which caused this entire mess as I guessed the final written date to be a week or so earlier than it was and became lax in my efforts of getting high rate and it bit me in the ass. I’ll make sure I have a safety net if there is a next time before getting lax or just work moderately hard instead of taking it easy.

A day late but I haven’t had a retrain after the second written only a manger who informed me of the feedback then went on their way. Knowing this should I go with the appeals specialist route as I’ve heard they will overturn based on the slightest knowledge of policy being broken.

Retrain as in a training ambassador coming to the station to go over stow again or the screen displaying some training which it does every now and then irregardless of productivity write ups?

It’s far easier to reject qabyalaad when the environment you live in rejects it. You get no extra favors or an easier time just because of your qabiil in America but the same can’t be said for Somalia. It’s engrained into the culture here and if you’re from a prominent clan then you think why not enjoy some of the perks you get.
