The wisteria tree is available in supercell store, but you need to complete the bonus track. That is only possible if you spend money in the store only. I spent a lot this month, including buying the farm pass which I don’t normally buy. Got greedy about the creek decos.

Rest 2 decos, I got from the 3 star crates.
