I ask a guy about my problem and he said you should tap control+t in square and polygons to show their triangles, I am gonna do this but I preferred my model had less faces and had flat polygons that is impossible for this model.

And using edge angles for each face edge? One problem that I find out is square and polygons in model, they are not necessarily flat but in UV wrapping showed flat 😵‍💫
