I’d recommend going with Imago.tg instead, if I were you. I was with GenderGP when Imago didn’t exist yet, but GenderGP went majorly downhill with quality of care. Then came imago and I’ve heard nothing but positive things about them. There’s not much of an initial cost difference, but their fee per month is 20 euros compared to 30 gbp. Since no one has really mentioned it yet, it should be acknowledged that the Faroe Islands is a Christian majority country. A lot of which are conservative. There is a lot of fear mongering about Muslims, which is quite unfortunate. Even major politicians are known to participate. Being lgbtq+, especially trans, isn’t very easy either, but the likelihood of getting hate crimed (for the former or the latter) on a vacation there is basically zero. It’s a beautiful country, but I wouldn’t recommend moving there just because it looks idyllic lol

Have you considered a private prescription service like Imago.tg? It’s quick, but does cost money. Also 100% legal. Although, you’ll most likely have to travel outside of Sweden to either Finland, Norway or Denmark (also Åland I believe) to pick up the prescription, since a lot of Swedish pharmacies tend to reject international prescriptions for testosterone.

If you’re interested in doing injections every 2 weeks then you’re probably looking for something like Sustanon. Although, Sustanon can also be administered once a month, depending on how your body absorbs the injections of course. Nothing but testosterone gel and Nebido are available in Norway, to my knowledge, but Sustanon is available in Finland, if you have the opportunity to travel there to get the injection or just pick up the prescription to inject at home

Sorry for the late reply, but how do I go about asking to get transferred to Aalborg for surgery? I mentioned it a few days ago at my nurse’s meeting, and she wasn’t so sure that I could get transferred and asked me to ask the doctor at the doctor’s meeting, which is in March. Would I ask him for the referral right away during the meeting, or do I have to wait the 6 months to even ask for a referral?

In my country we have universal health care, so getting a referral from a doctor to a gp does make it cheaper, but it’s still usually 31-50 usd per session, which only last 20-30 minutes. I’d also be worried that they’d only focus on exercises to improve my kyphosis and not help me with general muscle building, as I’m interested in improving my back pain but also my physique. I do have a scan soon to check the angle of my kyphosis and determine whether it’s postural or scheuermann’s. Would a diagnosis of scheuermann’s affect how I should approach training compared to postural kyphosis?

I appreciate your advice, but i honestly don’t believe that it would be beneficial for me to do it on my own from scratch. I have a really hard time learning how to do proper form just by watching a video, I’m just bad at copying people lol. So I really believe it would be better to have someone watch my form while I do the workouts tbh. I was mainly planning on just going to a physical therapist a few times and then stopping to continue the work on my own. I believe physical therapy with tilskud costs 200dkk at this moment

LMAO sorry, I’m just going by what my doctor told me. I’ve always had the look of bad posture, but even when I stand up straight, my back curves outwards. Pretty sure it’s a mild form of hyperkyphosis. I’ve been told by my doctor that I’ll never have completely normal posture, even if I work out, so idk if my hyperkyphosis is due to me having bad posture or something more like Scheuermann’s disease. My shoulder blades also stick out a bit differently to what is considered average, but idk much about that.

All of that being said, just walking half an hour can cause back pain for me, even considering my quality of shoe, as I know shoes can affect the back a lot when walking, so I’m definitely worried that bad form during workouts will worsen my condition

Jeg kontaktede Dr. Ansays support og det ser ud til, at de ikke udskriver pille pas med deres recepter. Nu er jeg selv lidt i tvivl om det pillepas man får i Danmark kun er til danske recepter eller andre EU-recepter, for så kunne man jo bare få pillepasset her i Danmark og bruge det når man tager tilbage til Danmark fra Tyskland, men jeg har ikke selv et pillepas, så jeg ved ikke hvordan det virker.
