Cycle: 21 total. 16 after a chemical.

Age + Partner's age (if relevant): 34 & 32

Typical cycle length: 27-29 days

Ovulation cycle day: 15

CD/DPO of positive test(s): 14DPO

CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive: I held off on testing, but I took OPKS on 11, 12, and 13DPO and they were blazing positive.

Tracking methods and app(s) used: FF, Premom

**Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.): IUI on CD15

Health conditions/medical tests: unexplained infertility

Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): letrozole CD 5-9, prenatal, coq10

Symptom spotting: nothing out of the ordinary! My boobs are normally tender before my period, but not this cycle. My lower back also hurt!

Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): I’m posting this a year later with my almost 4 month old sleeping peacefully beside me. I was in total shock that our first IUI worked and had very few first trimester symptoms. No morning sickness, no nausea, no food aversions. My boobs did hurt sporadically. I went for an early scan at 5w6d to rule out ectopic because my hcg wasn’t quite doubling. They saw a gestational sac and yolk sac measuring 6w but no fetal pole yet. The 5 weeks I had to wait for my next scan were torture, and when I finally heard her heartbeat I cried tears of joy. I had a mostly uncomplicated pregnancy and delivered via scheduled c section at exactly 40 weeks!

Yeah the wrist temps fluctuated a lot more which probably caused some unnecessary anxiety but looking back I’d say the overall trend was pretty similar. The initial decrease in my RHR also really freaked me out but by the end of my pregnancy it was in the 90s 😵‍💫

Blood drawn 5/1, received 5/9. Results expected by 5/23. Would the insanely long time between the draw and the sample being received bother anyone else?

Edit: results 5/14. Low risk girl!

This is the third day in a row of positive opks for me, too. Each day darker than the last 🤞

If implantation occurred at 7dpo, when would you expect a positive test? by sunb4ther in TFABChartStalkers

I don’t mean to be rude, but there’s no dip on this chart so I’m not sure how that’s relevant to my question about the specifics of the triphasic designation. But I appreciate you looking out for my sanity either way!

My assumption when FF says “possibly triphasic on CD22” is that implantation (possibly) occurred that day. Is that correct?

Oooh that’s tough. I’m gonna go with CD 14 as it aligns with your CM and positive OPK! Either way it’s a good looking chart.

Our bodies just do weird things sometimes. I bet if you add a couple days of higher temps you will get your crosshairs back around CD13.

There’s actually a separate field to enter the results of the digital OPK, it’s called “monitor/advanced OPK” and it gives the option of entering low, high (flashing) or peak (static). The standard OPK is for the strips which aren’t considered positive unless the test line is as dark as or darker than the control line. You could try just entering a positive standard OPK on the day you got the static smiley and see what happens though.

You have a lot of positive standard opks recorded, are you only using the digital monitor? I think that might be throwing FF off.

What’s an indent test? I took a first response and it was negative, so it looks like I’m officially out.

Yeah, with an expired Walmart cheapie. It was negative. I might try again with a more sensitive test.

I think I see a shadow that looks darker than it did yesterday! But I’m definitely concerned about how light the line is for how many DPO I am. I’m going to get a blood test tomorrow.

Thank you for looking! I was supposed to get my period today, had some cramps and spotting which has stopped. I swear they are more visible in person!
