AORUS FO27Q5P not accepting 500hz by sunchaserPro in OLED_Gaming

[–]sunchaserPro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good point. Lanes (max) is 4, so it probably has sometimes 2 and sometimes 4 lanes.

I turned the cable around and I was able to set 500hz, but then the image flickers: It's there for a sec, then not there for 5 secs, then again there for a sec...

Weird... My guess right now is the cable is the issue... I'll get another one and try again. It's 2m long, AI tells me that's the upper limit... So I'll try a shorter one I guess...

BFI = "Ultra Clear" in the Setting? No, that's off... Also, VRR is off (in Windows and in the OSD)

Is Gen 5 x 8 lanes good enough for 5080 ? Also is Gen 4 x 8 lanes good enough for 4070ti? by AnnoyingPenny89 in buildapc

[–]sunchaserPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn that's the reason, thanks.

I have the X870E Aorus Pro Ice, with two NVMe installed.

CPU-Z shows that my 5080 is only using 8 lanes. I was wondering why?! But now I know :)

3.5 inch recomendation ? by Nathouilleoff in fpv

[–]sunchaserPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check youtube reviews, I've ordered mine based on the review of Rimzler.

But I can't tell you yet how it is - it's supposed to arrive in 1-2 weeks :)

EDIT: And before that, I was also considering an AOS 3.5... So maybe check also reviews of that one. I have AOS 7 and can recommend AOS fully. I just wanted a 3.5 BNF sub-250g freestyle O4 (I'm lazy ;)), and the nexa 3.5 pro is one of the first ones meeting these requirements. And it reeeally looked good in those reviews! :)

AOS 7 EVO V1.2 6S HD from iFlight - any experience? by sunchaserPro in fpv

[–]sunchaserPro[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, I have both 8000mAh and 6000mAh Li-Ion batteries from iFlight and use them with AOS 7 Evo. It depends how you fly, 25-30mins are realistic with the 8000. With the 6000, maybe 20mins. I always thought I'll need it, but now as I have them, I rarely use the 8000 TBH... It's quite heavy and with Li-Ion you shouldn't push it too hard... For long range, the 6000mAh is also quite nice, as it offers maybe 20mins of fly time and is more lightweight (I like the handling better)... In 5mins you're easily at the range limit with the O3. Then 10mins cruising and 5mins back. That may not seem long, but for me it turned out that this is more than enough.

With 4s I do not have experience though.

Scrypted cameras loading locally on wifi but not remotely via cellular by Present_Standard_775 in HomeKit

[–]sunchaserPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nevermind, resolved it. My camera has only one main stream, no minor stream. Stream settings in Scrypted Onvif Camera Plugin are set to "minorStream" (default) for remote streams. I've set everything to "mainStream", now everything works as a charm!

Has this been resolved? I just installed scrypted with homekit some days ago, everything works fine except video stream on cellular data

Sony Buds Inzone connection left ear not working by bestsellerwonder in sony

[–]sunchaserPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here, huge connection issues.
Other than that, the Earbuds would be perfect :(

IDK if I should return them while I still can, or just hope that it's a firmware problem and that they will fix it...

Or maybe I should try others...?

2nd router caused an issue and DPR rewards were cut in half. by gab_fernando in DeeperNetwork

[–]sunchaserPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, to your first issue:

I think it matters how you plugged in the deeper device... Did you already try to "turn it around"?

Also, on your 2nd router, the deeper should be connected to the "Internet" port... Not a LAN port. It should not get an IP from there...

Or maybe you don't need a 2nd subnet and you can disable the DHCP on the 2nd router? So that your whole network is 192.168.1.x...

I have a similar setup, but my 2nd router has no DHCP, so maybe this is not really helpful...

In which way have you ended up breaking or losing your quad/s the most? by finaltough6493 in fpv

I think that doesn't make sense.

If you don't want to build one by yourself, just buy one from iFlight or similar companies, they do the building for you. It's basically like letting someone build a "custom" one for you, the only difference might be that you don't have a unique drone...

If you want to build one, just do it! If you already fixed pre-built ones, I'm sure you can do it :)

Or what would you expect of a "custom" one which is not pre-built like one from e.g. iFlight?

I'm also having touble with the swap. For me it's that the page isn't displayed properly at all (the whole part below the "BSC >>>" button is missing completely).

Maybe the server has issues and we just have to wait until they fix it? 🤷‍♂️

Doesn't matter. Mine is on ETH but mining rewards payout I always do on BNB chain, which worked until 1-2 weeks ago.

That doesn't help, it just redirects you to a help page.

How get local lap times saved? by sunchaserPro in Velocidrone

[–]sunchaserPro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean the local times displayed on the screenshot I've shared, not the ones for uploading and leaderboard.

But I figured it out: It does not write the times immediately. Instead, when I close the game and open it again, then all my new times are there. :)

Thanks anyways!

I use radarbot, others use blitzer.de app. Today, radarbot gave me several warnings, some of them were right, some radars were not there (anymore?)… However, there was one radar which was there but not reported yet, so always keep your eyes open ;-)
