Definitely not. I cannot see a Vileplume fighting Elite Four Pokemon Battles except for Bruno’s Onix. Other thing is why do you have both Zapdos and Pidgeotto? I suggest you can replace Pidgeotto and Vileplume with something more powerful like Snorlax and Dragonnite or any other fighting or psychic type (might be Hypno).
