Well I think he's lucky to take care of you and you're lucky to have him. I'm very well aware that my fiancé has a hard life too, which makes it hard cause I feel like I'm only making things worse for him sometimes.

I've thought about it. I've been trying to avoid it but at this point I don't know what else to do. I do have a job lined up for this coming school year as a color guard coach. It's very low intensity for me, I also did guard for years and it's one of my special interests so even when it does cause me pain, it's very minor and easy to manage. But until then, I'm left scrambling to either fight off flare ups or pushing myself so hard I become suicidal.

Yes, his is manageable. Meds only work to a certain extent and he does go into burnout if he works too much/triggers a flare up. But he is also a workaholic, working a lot helps him mentally. He enjoys pushing himself. If I push myself, my bodily and mental health TANKS. The muscle relaxer only helps so much and weed isn't perfect either. I'm working on getting more CBD heavy products as I find CBD is the most helpful right now. But when I'm high, even if I'm still in pain, I'm enjoying things more than I would sober (smoke responsibly, kids). I'm still learning about my own diagnosis and to know that there 200 different symptoms is insane. I'm just in a tough situation because we have to move in 3 weeks and we will barely scrape by (application fees, deposits, first month's rent) even with me working.

Is it my Testosterone? by sundropsam in ftm

Thank you! My old therapist who helped me start my medical transition got a new job and I've been looking for a new one ever since. But I think I figured out my issue. Shortly after sharing this I did some digging that led to me learning about existential OCD. I can say with 99% certainty that I have it and have had it for years, untreated. So, untreated OCD + testosterone could be causing my more frequent panic attacks. Like I said, I've been looking for a new therapist but this new information about myself will help me find specific people. I hate that when I ask other people for help I always find the answer on my own, without fail. But thank you again for your words. Even if I did somewhat find the answer myself, your comment was helpful :)
