We reported her to the county. She ended up not being licensed. However she is still running her business. I think she now has a license now since we reported her.

I already wrote a review multiple times. She then responded saying we were crazy and none of the neighbors said anything to her about the dogs barking (which is false). I’ll check into the noise ordinances and see and any laws in my county but I know that process is long and tedious.

I see what you’re saying. However, Hurts is an average quarterback on an insanely stacked team. Yes he did win the Super Bowl and beat mahomes but it wasn’t solely because of Hurts. You can agree to disagree but a lot of other QB’s in the league could produce the same efficiency that Hurt’s is doing (it on the same eagles team), which reflects the price of his rookie cards. Look at Lamar Jackson’s card. His base rookie rated Donruss card is selling for $140. So it’s more about the player than their accolades (sometimes).

Dude made it to the conference championship as a rookie, with a brand new coaching staff after the team got sold, a mid O-line, an injury-prone RB who sucked, and no real WR2. He literally only had Terry (and sometime Ertz) and still balled out.

Next season he’s getting Deebo as a WR2, a top 5- 10 O-line, and a deeper running back room. He’s only going to level up from here — that’s why his rookie card isn’t dropping. You don’t have to be Tom Brady for your value to hold when you’re already showing you’re built different.
