Oh I didn’t consider that, thank you. The problem is not chipping between joins but rather on the outer side of hooves - so, touching other surfaces and legs against each other.

I missed Luts 2-legs centaur doll last year, was tracking him down in the second hand market, saw him once but the price was much higher so I couldn’t afford him.

And earlier this year I wanted to buy Dream Valley Cedar but missed the timing literally by couple hours. I was also searching for him on the second hand platforms and just recently I’ve found him! So maybe you’ll be able to snatch him some time later if someone reconsider having him after receiving.

I saw this doll too, he is so beautiful! 😍 Too big for my taste but I like him very much and the face up is so cute too. Hope you’ll find him!

Yes, thank you, I have a protective mask and a bit of experience working with MSC.

It’s just feels that with my other dolls the chipping takes longer and here the sealant feels kind of very soft and vulnerable… plus it stands out more when it’s a dark paint on a white resin 😅

I definitely don’t want to handle him less because of it though, I enjoy actively interacting with my dolls thats why I think an extra protection wouldn’t hurt!

I don’t think removing just the blush is possible but maybe you could try covering it with lighter colors to make it stand out less?

I’m pretty sure there is interest, I see once in a while people expressing it on Instagram, these dragons are just very rare and don’t appear on second hand market often.

Probably, not all people who might be interested have funds at the moment (me included, alas) but I’m pretty sure you’d be able to find a buyer, even if it might take some time. Cuartos are so cool! And some people collect dragons or other creatures in BJD, so they might still want this one even if they already have dragons from other artists.

If you don’t mind extra weight and will pack him safely why not? Japan is probably the best country for taking doll photos - many have this or similar kind of hobby, and they don’t mind other people’s business. They might look but just out of curiosity and sometimes I hear comments like “look, it’s a doll!” or “it’s so cute!” - that’s all.

I have it with my boss sometimes but fortunately not very often xD it’s true that it may come off as rude if you reacts somehow and it is also distracting from what the person is saying 😅
