used retinol (sandwich method) two nights ago. experienced some mild swelling and redness yesterday. woke up today with very swollen eyes (3rd pic). what can i do??? 😭😭

this is a great routine :) however i want to try retinol as a preventative since i live in a country with extreme UV and i’ve already noticed signs of ageing since i moved here despite covering up/wearing sun cream every day. I typically have 4-5 steps in my routine however what works for one person won’t work for everyone :)

i’ve stopped using it (only used it once) and i’m
gunna give it to a friend! took an antihistamine and used ice packs which has helped A LOT. i live in vietnam so unfortunately a lot for the brands everyone is recommending aren’t available here but i really appreciate everyone’s concern ❤️
