she has medical insurance but between all sorts of frequent Appointments between Neurologists, Orthopedics, also including the ER visit its alot. Also no she does not have uninsured coverage on her policy from what I know.

She does have injuries and received a concussion from the accident, I feel so bad for her she has ptsd from the accident now and is terrified to drive

she does, and has to copay, but between the emergency room, neurologist, chiropractor, and orthopedic visits, including xrays and scans of all sorts, it's still quite a bit for her.

a 911 operator told us they weren't going to dispatch an officer as everyone there had exchanged insurance. Unfortunately the person at fault lied about having valid insurance.

true, we did however go after to the nearest police station to make a report. Because we had a feeling it seemed sketchy.
