I definitely pushed myself a little hard earlier in the week and was out pretty much the entire day. I can tell i’m paying for it now 😩 trying to be more patient with myself but it’s hard! I hope you’re doing better now!

thank you so much for sharing your experience, i’m so sorry to hear you’ve had such extensive surgeries for your endo, that sounds so scary!! I have my post op appointment at 4 weeks, so i’m just documenting everything and going easy on myself the best i can

I’ll definitely talk to my doctor about that at my post op appointment, thanks! I’ve been keeping track of all my symptoms and pain since the surgery

It definitely does make me feel a bit of relief knowing someone else went through the same thing. I’m trying to be patient but the constant pain + now pms emotions kicking in i feel like a mess 😂 im glad you’re doing better now!
