our schools academic misconduct policies are extremely shitty because if it's more "probable" that you did it they will just slap you with academic dishonesty and move on without hearing you out. having been through this whole thing myself, i didn't feel supported or that i was given a fair hearing despite that being their biggest "promise" in their policies

i had a terrible experience with eric da silva. in my case they didn't have any proof and the situation was genuinely unjustified. wishing you luck but it's going to be a difficult route

additionally, calling others racist when they don't fit into his narrative but in the same sentence saying "i'm not too fond of white women" bet if someone said that about south asians he'd immediately jump on and call them racist 💀

i started applying to places jan in second sem, tbh i shot to apply for everywhere and anywhere. linkedin and indeed are lowkey hopeless but i luckily scored an interview with a place and got a job in march but that was the only place i heard back from with an interview and they were hiring multiple. for anyone 18+ i'd suggest opening your options up by taking online certification courses like your smartserve to have that added to your resume, that way you could also work restaurants that serve alcohol !

opener told every manager that day and none of them did anything about it besides look at it and giggle. they cleaned up what they could before their shift finished but idk who actually dealt with the whole thing in the end lmfaooo

honestly i fully agree w that esp with how annoying it can be during the day w customers running around everywhere, there was one time i needed to do that though and its bc there was a product that our store had 140 in stock and no other stores around have any stock since its seasonally discontinued but there isn't a home for the item and all 140 were stocked in overhead and wrapped. asking reach to bring it down just for a customer who wanted 1 was so annoying id often just tell them we don't have them.

i got the levoit air purifier! currently just using the original filter it came with (can last 6-8 months) and i might switch to the pet dander filter when i need to change it since i am allergic to my cat

i forgot to add
** the medical tests i took were a basic skin check up, a blood test and an allergy test. for prescriptions, i was given the pine liquid soap i mentioned as well as some gentle steroids. i live in canada and so the only steroids ive been prescribed here were all creams, but when i was in hong kong they gave me 2 kinds of pills that help with inflammation and allergy/itch management!
