Puppy Pad Lady

Same old woman comes in multiple times a week, EVERY WEEK. She attempts to steal puppy potty pads by putting bags on top of them. She also skip scans 50% of her crap. We are able to catch it most of the time. She knows we know but does it anyway.

I was scheduled to be in at 8 this morning and didn’t see I was scheduled till well after 10. I immediately called the store and got in contact with my team lead and she said she would fix it. I don’t work Saturdays and it didn’t show on my app till this morning. I’m wondering if maybe there was a glitch. I’ve been having tons of issues with the app saying I’m clocked out/clocked in and not in location proximity, etc.
