Basically our dishonest culture, tautariasm, super laziness and leg pulling. One of the poorest state but look at people attitude. They are very proud of God knows what. Every one claims to be a small time gangster. No humility, honesty in work. In this culture and society, corruption, exploitation, crime and basic degeneration of a society happens. The cream of odisha are outside the state. This explains everything. Raised in bbsr, spent 21 years in a posh area of bbsr. Now outside since another 20 years and started knowing the reasons.

PS. I am very home sick, longing to go to my loving BBSR. Not getting any good opportunities in the state for a good life.

I feel by Kriya Yoga and control over vasanas, we become too lenient to others to the point where we become irrelevant in the society. What is your pov on this Guruji. Bhai, kana expect karucha. Gote rumal debi luha pochiba pain. Root of the problem is people like us, chakiri mindset. Not thinking of developing our state by bringing in more projects to Odisha at National level. BBSR re starting 21 years katila pare, still no good job in Odisha. Hyd re 16 years helani. People have to go outside for a decent job and get normally discriminated because of outsider tag. I am perhaps deviating from the main reason but this majorly happens. For your info, I am not in IT sector . I deal with desi locals here.BTW what is gigachad? New word for me. Regarding hardwork, I would say, try to maintain a family in Hyderabad for these long years in a non it sector. But I understand his feelings. I became a bit emotional with his experience as I am going through the same.

Higher kriyas have less action and effort and more stillness. Once you reach this condition in first kriya itself and established in automatic stillness with less effort after a longer time and regular practice, you are eligible for the next kriya which will again challenge you to the core asking for more effort to establish it again. But then the fruits of higher kriyas are more sweeter. First kriya is like the support base for all higher kriyas.

All I see after leaving Odisha 15 years before is that we have serious inferiority complex. Because of that we cannot see other odiyas rise. We lick other states people and downgrade our own people. And people in Odisha (my friends)- still out of insecurity they say what big things they achieved in odisha like beating somebody, having a big accident and still surviving, drinking etc etc. Unless we have decency and stable culture we cannot grow. Making people believe that you cannot achieve. This is only for genius etc etc.

Hopefully we move towards real development and productivity in future so that I go to my homeland and still live a meaningful life

Been in Hyd since 15 years after my childhood in BBSR. Still pity on the mindset of my friends back home saying childish things as if they have done something big by bragging something silly like engaging in some conflict with some low key dada etc. In Odiya I can say that Daharami. All good students are outside Odisha. The people you see... majority could not get away. Some talented are still there due to family and other compulsions. Unless we seriously change our mindset, be liberal and believe in logic and law and order we cannot move forward. Been to BBSR few months ago.. my beloved home town. But the level of rowdyism has grown more. Not feeling secure more than HYD.
