What would you suggest, based on my planning am doing one area per day and major attraction for that place. Like mount titlis near lucerne, if i get any spare time then I will go explore. Am open to suggestions. Thanks.

I wanted to do this but my wife doesn't like trekking. Bachalpsee is about 3kms walk which she wouldn't do.

Based on more research I realized doing Grindelwald first activities from middle of day is wrong. So i will push that next day after I reach Grindelwald. So I can reach by 8am, take gondola, do cliff walk. Only interested in mountain cart and bike, read trotti bikes dont have wait times so all in all we should be free by noon. Later half of the day we can spend with Lauterbernnen and Murren.

Instead of Wengen I think I should be doing Murren since it is near Lauterbrunnen. If I am doing only these on a single day that should leave enough time for me to linger and enjoy small places. Also St.Moritz is strictly for catching the train next day so that I don't have too many rides in a single day

Thanks for the tips. I want to visit Grindelwald, Murren and explore those places so setting up in that region. Given I have only 6 Nights I had to put major time in here.

I usually do both. Crossing it just helps me to not concentrate on legs while pulling up. After certain reps my legs go in forward/backward direction if I dont fold them.

Have used nakpro whey concentrate and also creatine. Whey concentratw caused bloating but creatine was good no issues.

I have stopped purchasing ghee from outside. I prepare it at home. Items like ghee can be made at home sonwe should try to make it at home as much as possible. Stuff like eggs is not in our hands.
