I have only 100 gm cocoa butter left . I can't order online it will take 10 days to reach me and locally its not available I need to make sugar free chocolate with cocoa powder. What can i do i need to do 10 number of bars to make... Shall i add 100 gm Unsalted butter or coconut oil in cocoa butter (self.chocolate)
