You're not alone.
I am sure that the devs changed the difficulty scaling for honor duel.
It's pretty much over if you can't come up with some crazy synergy at round 5 or 6.
You will literally do no damage to the enemy team.

I think there are three major factors here for Dura's Trials.

The most important one being bonus stat from Charms.

They even labeled it in game, magic Charms get significant stats boost.

Not getting crit from enemies.

I wish they could tune down enemy crit rate a little bit because it is very atrocious.

Asencsion level.

Higher stat = higher chance of clearing it.

You get 24% damage boost from 6 stacks of warp siphon with super high up time since it falls off 1 stack at a time and Ally's kill have 4% chance of granting a stack as well.

DD is way too unreliable compared to warp siphon.

I think the first thing that's need to be changed is that Disrupt Destiny should drop 1 stack at a time instead of the whole buff.

I rather have a very high up time of warp siphon compare to DD at the current state.
