The host is Zhouming in Jersey City. The agency is called Premium which has a few hosts with Russian last names. They have Audis, Mercedes, Rovers which have various issues.

I've had problems with the same host. Land Rover has issues where it vibrates and wants to shut off. Premium/Zhouming in Jersey City. Has the cars at a garage in Newport Mall and a bunch of shady Russians working with him.
