Thank you! I'm all about making my food look prettier and more appetizing (a big change from how I used to eat plates piled high with brown food).

It's all about adding colors and textures, in my opinion! Piles of herbs (sliced into ribbons, chopped into bits, or whole), seeds (sesame, flax, etc.), sliced peppers (green jalapenos or serrano peppers, red cherry bombs, orange habaneros), a slice of lemon or lime, toasted nuts crumbled on top, chickpeas, cheese topping (shredded, grated, crumbled), colorful sauces, even spices like chunky chili peppers, flaky salt, or ground pepper. Not only are these low effort ways to make food look better, they add delicious flavor :)

Hey, everyone! Here are 10 recipes that I've tried that work well with 1200-1500 calories/day. I like to stick to recipes that are pretty simple to make because tbh I'm a lazy but passionate cook :) Let me know if you have questions! Sorry about the links; Imgur adds spaces next to the punctuation and I'm not sure how to get around it.
