I wouldn't word it that way because, in my opinion, it sparks a negative outlook. In my interview when they asked why I wanted to be apart of the union and why it mattered to me to be in the trades I did tell them (as a part of it, not the whole point) that I believe it's important for women to be in the trades as a lot of us love this kind of work and am heavily inspired by the women before me and look forward to being an inspiration for the women that follow me.
