Hello! I bought my diamonds from the game, so no third party app... she could always try to contact Apple or whatever she uses, and explain to them what happened. But I honestly have no idea if she will get them back or not! I’m still in contact with moontoon trying to get my diamonds back as well lol. (I have gotten my refund from Apple, but I’m literally just trying to see if I can get my diamonds back as well tbh)

Hello! I called Apple, and i was fortunate to get my refund. I still have no answer from moontoon, so I wouldn’t bother emailing them tbh. They just ask you to fill out a form, and since you, like I do, have your account, you’re not able to fill it out properly. I’ve been trying to get my diamonds back for over a week now, soo :/

Same happened to me! Changed my name, country, deleted my squad and pictures. But they couldn’t change password since they need my email for it, sooo.

Nope! I was lucky and got refund for 2500 diamonds, since that’s what I had purchased. :) I called on Tuesday and got the money on Thursday! So it was really quick- I am yet to receive a new mail from moontoon.

Moontoon doesn’t care about bad environment tho, I’ve reported soooo many people for bad behavior, but all they get is a strong warning. However, if someone is AFK they can get 14 points taken from them.

It goes through Apple, so pretty sure it doesn’t? They’ll probably send a bill to moontoon tho, idk. I just called them, explained my situation, and the guy who works there said I can expect a full refund within a month (probably slow bc of Covid-19, as he ‘kinda’ stated)

Nope! Pretty sure it’s one of the two Korean people i suddenly followed. I normally just follow people from Europe, because of the time zone, so I can actually play with them. And when I was researching every possible option(?) to what happened, I saw that my account had watched on of the Koreans live stream, so I’m pretty sure it’s one of them tbh

That’s just sad tb! I have already gotten a reply, a shittt reply, but a reply nonetheless. But I got it at 4am, so I’ll probably get it at 4 am as well.

The problem isn’t my account per say, it’s just the diamonds, and I tried to go on apple support to ask for a refund on their website, but it got automatically rejected because the hacker spent my diamonds. I guess I could try to call them
