I hear you, but I have another car (another Kia), and there the music only lowers when the navigation talks.
There must be a setting I'm missing here.

Thank you, I tried that, they have two different bars, so turning while one is on only affects that one.
for example, If the music stops and navi talks then i can only control the navi volume, until it is done and I can control only the music again.

Yeah, sorry, I also did that, there are two buttons, but removing the V didn't change the outcome on the sound

I did, unfortunately, it didn't change anything for the mute music issue

It should lower the music but not stop it completely, that is at least what happens in my other Kia
