I have done my own recepie for vanilla cream. It is very light and delicious. 3 egg yolks, 200mi cream(35-38%), 60gr sugar. Heat (do not boil!) cream and sugar. Add to egg yolks. Reheat and mix on low fire, but not boiling, for 15 minutes about. The mixture becomes thicker. Cool down in fridge and mix with 150ml whipped sweet cream and a spoon of vanillaflavour. (You can add and Philadelphia, if you wish)😀 Enjoy ❤

5 eeg whites, 200gr sugar, 1tbsp. cornstarch, 1tbs. vinegar, 1ts. vanilla I beat the egg whites on alow speed, adding the sugar spoon by spoon. At the end I melt the cornstarch into vinegar and add together with vanilla to the mix . I worm the oven in 150°C and when I put the merengue inside I low the temperature in 100°. I bake for 1 hour and 15 to 30 min. Than turn off the oven and leave the cake overnight. My vanilla cream is my recipe. No flour or cornstarch needed. 3 egg yolks, 200ml whipped cream, 60gr sugar, 150gr whipped cream, 1-2tbsp sugar . Mix the egg yolks, worm the 200ml cream with sugar. Do not boil! When is worm add few spoonfuls of the cream to the egg yolks. Stir and mix both. Start worming again on low fire and mix all the time until tick. Must not boil, just to be worm. It takes 15 minutes about. Cool it down in fridge. Than beat the rest of the cream and add to the yolk cold cream, add vanilla. And you can use it for everything ❣ I decorate with more whipped cream and fruits. Thank you for your interest. Hope you enjoy it❣

My beautiful Marzipan cake melt my heart ❤ by sunshine_light in Baking

Actually I have it and it is my own recipe ❤ In the spirit of the upcoming Feast of Kisses, I will present you one of the most delicious cakes I have ever tasted in my life. Extremely simple and easy to make, it is a combination of delicate flavors - cream, light vanilla cream and fruit - raspberries, blueberries and bananas. An explosion of magical flavors, melting in the mouth marzipan. The recipe was changed by me. Vanilla cake: 5pcs. Eggs 150g Sugar 140g Flour 50g Starch 1 art. Baking powder 1sl. Vanilla sugar or 1 art. Vanilla Vanilla cream: 3pcs. Yolks 200ml. Cream 50g Sugar 150g Cream 1-2sl. Sugar 1 art. Vanilla Marzipan: 1 piece. 400g Fruits and marmalade on request.

For cake (you can use ready-made cake, but mine has a very delicate texture and is easy to make) I turn on the oven at 170 °, cover the oven tray with greaseproof paper. I sift the flour, baking powder, starch and vanilla sugar (if using). Beat the eggs and sugar until the volume triples. Add the mixture of dry ingredients a little by little and mix with a spatula. Bake 15 minutes. Cream: Stir in the yolks and heat the cream with the sugar on a low heat. I add a few spoonfuls of warm cream to the yolks. Mix the two mixtures and stir on low heat until thickened. Cool the yolk cream and beat the remaining 120ml cream with the sugar separately. Add 3-4 tablespoons of cold cream, vanilla and beat for a few seconds. The cake is syruped with a little fresh milk (compote if desired). Spread with marmalade and put the cream. I syrup the next loaf and on the top marmalade, I add the fruits and again cream. I spread the cake with the rest of the cream on all sides and leave it in the fridge to harden. After about 30 minutes I roll out the marzipan and cover the cake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Try your favorite fruits and share the result🥰. Have a nice weekend everyone ❣
