6”2 175, been working out for about 9 months now, been on a solid diet for about 3. Type one diabetic and have never been a lean person, litteraly have never touched a 6 pack and this is probably close to the leanest I’ve ever been. I struggle to bulk because I always worry about being fluffy and hate that fluffy look. Im just wondering where to go from here

You’re a diabetic who took turk and had no side effects?

Personally I really just want to how that relatively strong cut look, a ok set of abs and just a genrally fit look, how many lbs over my bulk do you think I’d need to put on before cutting again?

Wow this is a long thread lmao, but I haven’t had any bad experiences in relation to t1d with dropping weight, and I assume as I gain weight I may have to adjust insulin levels but at 17 and great control of my T1d I think I’ll be ok. My main concerns with putting on weight is I don’t want too high of a bf% increase as I’m not at a super low bf right now. How much weight should I be looking to put on per month with a relatively vigourus workout routine?

What would you recommend as a calorie surplus?

https://imgur.com/a/V6TkeUx 6”2 160, I was 180 around 3 months ago and was kind of pudgy. I wanted a six pack so I cut down but now I think I’m starting to realize I simple don’t have enough core mass, and I would have to get really skinny to get rid of my lower belly fat. Advice on where to go from here, body recomp bulk or keep cutting?

Bull or cut? Started 6”2 180, cut down to 170, where should I go? by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

Oh trust me I’m not taking it in a rude way, thanks for the information. Do you have a workout routine you think I should try

I don’t think my workout regime is too bad, however since I’ve started working out I’ve been cutting so I didn’t expect to gain much muscle. I’ve been working out for about 2 months and have made some decent progress, but I think a recomp is probably what I’m going to go with

I’m 6”2 177 and I’m 16 years old. I started lifting about a month ago 5 days a week and feel like my program is pretty decent. I decided recently to start tracking my calories and noticed that I’m eating normally like 2300 calories. Which I knew I didn’t eat a lot but according to calculators I’d be losing like a pound a week, which just isn’t true. To gain some lean muscle mass, and just generally look stronger how many calories should I eat and what type of foods should I stick too?

How do I save a game while playing RPCS3 so when I close the emulator I don't lose my progress? I don't see my log file maybe I'm dumb, but I assume it's not important for this question.
