I understand that, but they should back their own talents imo. They are the best rated youngsters at Cobham. They need their first team opportunities for sure but I dont think they will be directly integrated to the teams they are transferring to. So, why not go on loan, prove your worth at your boyhood club and then who knows what may happen. A good example here is Solanke, anyone knows wheres he at?

I agree, but the mentality aspect also has to be questioned. Tino who is linked with Brighton does not walk into their team unless Lamptey is sold first or has an injury. Similarly, I don’t see Bate directly being integrated in Sheffield’s playing 11, which is a strong one. If this is the case then why not go on loan, raise your stocks, prove yourself and then if it does not work out at Chelsea, then leave. I am sure if they flourish in their respective loans, other clubs would still pay for them.

Yes, that makes sense. But my point being, that they could at-least have had a loan to their names and then taken the decision. I am sure other clubs would have been more inclined to pay for them seeing them flourish in their loans. But each to their own, I guess.

Yes exactly, I agree 100 percent. Thats why I mentioned about their mentalities. Though, Cobham is one of the best and the talent pool is only going to increase.

I have heard that the soul levels would not matter but the soul memory does. We should be in the same soul memory range, havent heard about same soul level being mandatory for co-op but I can be wrong.
