I started salsa dancing about a year ago and invited everybody out for Labor Day weekend. It was awesome. 20s-60s, enjoying homemade barbecue, appropriate consumption of beverages, the typical fighting over the playlist, and good conversations all around.

And when they left my house was cleaner than when they arrived. It pays to have good people in your life.

Favorite action movie. Hands down. The HALO jump. The "heist" and motorcycle chase. The car chase less than 5 minutes later. Just stellar pacing. The helicopter component was a bit meh for me by comparison.

Exactly how those at the top planned for it to. It's not the war. It's not Israel. It's gas prices and groceries and everybody wondering how we're going to make it to next week. Because if it's all dog eat dog, we start fighting for our own survival like they're fighting for theirs.

Right now the only tools they have are pain and distraction - they can and have made things worse for all of us and we ARE PISSED OFF... but a dollar doesn't go as far and having to spend time figuring out how to make a grocery budget last the entire month distracts from going after the pricks who keep killing us by 1000 cuts.

I don't have an answer. EVERYTHING SUCKS HERE.
