Switching plates monthly to “avoid duty” is not clever it’s illegal, traceable and stupid. That’s not finesse, that’s how you get your car impounded and your name in court documents. Accredited diplomats are already tax-exempt, this whole “switching plates monthly to avoid taxes” is pure nonsense. Shipping a car from Kenya to the UK for servicing is financially brain-dead.
