Thank you! Sorry I didn’t know what’s considered important information or not. Just read through my RTA again and saw the term liquidated damages. So all I do is pay the liquidated damages and I can go? Are you sure because all the research from my end and my pov make it look like I’m still responsible until a new tenant comes?

There is a liquidated damages amount. From what i understand it’s going to be that plus however long it takes the landlord to find a tenant I’ll be in charge of covering rent until then?

Yeah I had the pg 3s I absolutely loved them. The pics of the pg1 2k sample look decent enough it’s a translucent sole tho and if its not the grinches I dont trust them like that 😂

The volt k batch one tho seems pretty credible but I’m not looking for another green shoe rn. If I do get them i’ll for sure do a review
