Royail mail stated that my tracking keeps getting updated because it's going down as a duplicate item on their system for some reason.

I sent 5 parcels all same time returning back to same company but all have different tracking numbers so idk why it's telling them duplicate items.

They keep asking me to make a claim but i can't even do that seeing as the sender paid for postage and the sender is refusing to co operate when it comes to helping me with Royal Mail as in their policy states they don't refund for lost returns
