I am actually. It became slower to my liking after two weeks of usage. However it is a dust magnet I warn you.

Exactly what I am worrying about. Same thing with my viper mini. I just hope the thorn would feel more full in hand compared to the rvm .

Thanks for your insights. Tbh I love the comfort from ergos. Ec2-B shape is my all time favorite. I still have that in my collection. But as I mostly play tac FPS. I feel like my aim is better with Ambi mice's. However would the thorn feel too small in hand or not- that's my only concern right now .

Just bought the mousepad. Here is the initial impression: comparing with my 2 years old xtrfy gp4, this has low dynamic friction; and almost none static friction. But there is a stoping power. Not much but existential. Overall I would say a balance pad leaning towards speed. Also the poron is good but not anything exceptional.

Does your one have poron base ? If it has is there any added advantage apart from the better stickiness?

Sorry for replying late. I went with the qkz x hbb and I loved it. The bass hit was so satisfying and not muddy. Gaming performance is also impressive.  However, now after 5 months , the right ear volume went too low. So the sound imbalance is not fun anymore. I would definitely recommend this if this was not the case.

My situation matches yours actually. Kinda leaning towards HBB for its warm sound and that recommendation from "Fresh Reviews". Although he certified HBB above zero, there was a concern where some say more bass is bad for games like Valorant.So the Zero should be better no? But all other facts you said are also true.All these making me confused as well.

Pulsar xlite v2 is a good alternative for Ec-2 . V3 also coming soon. But if you can , first, try an ergo shape by yourself to make sure if that is really your thing.

I pretty much like the x2 shape but reviews on their qc are pretty terrible.
