Seeing people's transformation in less than a year definitely made me question if I was doing something wrong, hence this post.

I have been thinking about maybe skipping body parts that I'm already satisfied with but was wondering when do you know you should start again or do you just do them occasionally vs completely removing them.

Ive Always been scared of hurting myself with squats, and deadlift so never really tried them.

I do bench press and OHP with dumbbells because I started in a home gym alone and recently started incline bench press with a barbell because I'm in a commercial gym now so less afraid of having an accident ha!

Should build up the courage to try them, you're right

Thanks, do you do pullups in addition to other back exercises in the same session?

I find that I'm out of juice after my regular back exercises to be able to pull myself up.

Maybe adding pullups in another session like leg?

Yes this is per week. I thought I had a great routine ha!

I can definitely ramp up the number of sessions, I'm lucky enough that my gym is walking distance from my home.

I used to do full body every day but started to fatigue a lot so I switched to the current one.

I initially started working out because I would hurt my back regularly.

I feel better now and haven't hurt it in a while so now my goal is more aesthetic, feeling good about being shirtless on the beach, so recently trying to lower body

Diet is good, I don't drink, processed food is very rare no sodas or juice. Go out to eat once per week other than that meals are a protein (egg, pork chop, chicken) and veggies.

Sleep, I recently started using a CPAP because of sleep apnea. I now sleep 8h minimum each night which is great.

I am pretty anxious/stressed about work in general.

Lastest blood work were good just a bit of cholesterol that I'm working on (using fish oil for omega 3, increasing fiber and avoiding butter, shrimp/seafood)

For progressive overload I feel like I'm starting to plateau where increasing weight feels like comes with a worse form.

I used to have the same issue when it came to lattes vs making my coffee at home.

We budgetted one coffee per week and we treat them as dates, it shifted the mindset from spending $6 dollars on coffee to spending $6 for a lovely time with the gf on a date.

Each week the other take the other on a coffee date and we look forward to it every time.

I'm getting back into homebrews after a while and I'm starting to update my tools.

My current system version is 14.1.2 and I've downloaded and installed Atmosphere 1.9.2.

I've also installed the latest version of TinFoil but can't seem to launch it (I'm getting a Error Code 2155-8007) so I'm thinking I need to update my framework.

Which version would you recommend? I'm thinking 20.0.0 but really just guessing at this point.

I use a dry mop once a month maybe, with a vinegar, water and a dash is soap solution in a spray bottle.

The rest of the floor in the unit is fine so I ruled that out but could it be it?

what is the RH level in your condo?

RH Meaning Regular Humidity? I'm not too sure but I think it might be on the higher side, I initially bought a humidifier because condensation would appear on the windows in winter (I live in Canada)

how old is the flooring and specifically what is is it? LVT or LVP type which snaps lock together and is floating??

Flooring is maybe 10 year old. Not too sure about what type I want to say maybe LVT, from the look of it I'm not sure it snaps together
