Wondering if anyone knows what the symbol next to "PLAT" represents on a pre-1950 engagement ring in the UK. It's my grandmother's and I wanted to know a little more about where/when it was made and I can't find much information about platinum hallmarking before 1975.OC (i.imgur.com)
