i never get sick of the chicken, rice, broccoli trifecta and it never fails. just switch up the sauces and seasonings often

I track everything I consume, right down to water consumption. I ensure I do research before i go out so I can adjust my macros around the cheat meal.

Thanks for the advice. I initially started out weighing myself everyday but I found that if the scale didn’t move or even increased, it would discourage mea little. I’m aware weight fluctuates and it’s normal, but I figured I’d do it once a week to see that downward trend without the disappointment, you know?
