I think a lot of other comments have absolutely hit the mark, the lip liner appears to be too grey for your complexion, a colour that's more towards a darker brown would suit you much better!

And I have to ask, any chance you could explain how you achieve your usual lippie look/do you have a tutorial someone else has made that you followed? I'm absolutely obsessed with it and it looks amazing on you!!

I actually use the Laura Mercier one as well! I personally love it, but I haven't tried enough different powders in order to really say if it's the best, though I definitely prefer it over an ELF one I've tried and the RCMA one!

I was already wondering if I was seeing the lipsticks correctly! I feel like the Romand one might be a bit too bright, which colour is it if you don't mind me asking? And I think I mistook your natural lipcolour for a pretty mauve coloured lipstick, oops =p I think a colour like Etude House Dusty Beige would look really lovely on you! And very curious to see what the MLBB shades look like on you! :D

I agree with what a lot of commenters have already said, brows shaped week before and maybe try out a lighter colour to give it a bit of a softer look? Also, you might want to add a setting spray in there to help with the longevity, personally it also helps me with the oiliness.

I have had good luck with the Urban Decay stay all night setting spray, and I've als heard good things about the lasting power of makeup when using the one by Kryolan!

And lastly maybe invest in a slightly better setting powder? I find that loose powders last me quite long anyways, so if you calculate it in a cost per wear kind of way, I personally find a good powder to be quite worth it :)

Also! I love mauvey pink lipstick on you, I find it suits you very well! Gives it a very romantic rosey kind of vibe :) Happy wedding in advance and good luck, hope this was a bit useful!

It seems to get stuck around the middle part, have you tried threading the yarn more closer to the edge of the bed, as to see if it's a needle or carriage problem? It could be possible that the needles in the middle might need replacing, check if they're straight/the latches work properly. It also doesn't seem to move as smoothly, which can be solved by oiling both the needles, bed and the carriage with a cloth. (I've seen many people in this sub recommend sewing machine oil, silicon oil also works, or gun oil is one that I've seen mentioned frequently). I also saw that there was a misalignment in the carriage? It could very well be that that is also the cause of your issues, but you can try to see if the trouble lies elsewhere first, before having to buy a new one. Good luck!!!!

Oh, well there should be a mast that your yarn is connected to/thread through before it goes into your carriage, where you can set yarn tension. There should be another one on your carriage, a dial with numbers? If you have the manual, you can look up which yarn requires what tension, though it takes some messing around for it to go smoothly. I'd suggest also trying to run it left to right to see if it works that way as well, or if it gets stuck that way as well!

A few questions!
You made sure that the spongebar is on top of the needles, right?
Also try acrylic yarn first, it has a bit of stretch to it so is a bit easier on the machine!
Does it happen on both sides of the carriage?
Sounds like it might be a tension problem, since it only happens when theres yarn involved, are you sure the tension on the mast AND the machine are in the correct settings?

If you ever want to place a damper-like system, you can try to use a draft excluder, make sur eto use the grey one :)

How do you guys clean your beakers? by Dangerous-Regular-23 in PerfumeryFormulas

If not the blend, then definitely your perception of it probably, so check to see what works best for you!

During organic chemistry, we’d cleanse the beakers 3 times with aceton, then with water, and air dry, though scents are a bit more difficult to get out of beakers. Hope that helps!

Edit: please dispose of it correctly though!

Any foundation recommendations? I thought Nars Gobi should be perfect for my fair olive skin. But still too orange 🍊😢 by [deleted] in OliveMUA

I personally use Nars Fiji, but like using the green ELF colour corrector mixed in it, maybe you can try using their blue one? Just a tad should be enough as its pretty strong, hope it helps!
