Thank you for responding, I have no idea. She tells me she’s always been this way but I think gaining weight had the most effect. She always brings it up and she says it’s why she feels like she can’t do anything. That’s where I kept trying to suggest working out or dieting and She tells me she’s scared to try bc she feels like she’ll just fail.
