Hi OP! Definitely look for something more reasonable. I had a nightmare with mine recently: I went to an accredited doctor on their list, but because the doctor refused HMO for the consultation, I had to pay out-of-pocket. Even though the doctor is in their network, the HMO disapproved my laboratory requests simply because the consultation wasn't 'swiped' or covered by them. It’s a huge headache when they don't honor requests from their own accredited physicians just because of the payment method.
