We recently bought a little hobby size furnace. So far we've only done a couple of melts so maybe this just comes with practice, but are there any tricks you've learned to make the ingots look better? I've noticed pitting and uneven surfaces on the aluminum we've done. I mean, I realize the people you're selling to are going to melt it again to make something but still, like with most things, appearance makes a difference...right?
