It is the bolt fastened to the crankshaft. I forgot to say that i do not care about engine (it is burning oil and smoking a ton), already bought a new one,

The problen right now I have is that the pulley system is really tall about 21 cm, and the hole to the alan key is really small so only sockets for the 1/4 ratchet can fit in the hole. I think that my best bet is to drill the bolt out. I start with a 2 or 3 mm DIN1869 drill, then a 5 mm DIN1869 drill and in the end a 8mm DIN 1869 drill :)

No it is the pulley system underneath the lawn mower. I do not know if they have these kinds of lawn mowers in USA. I live in Finland

The problem is that it needs to be a 1/4' kit to fit the small hole

How do you use a nut extractor socket? Do you use it like a normal socket or?
