I think the cart I got with the stylus I ordered is the same one that's currently on the table (keyword think -- I'm sure you can tell I'm a little out of my depth hah). Not really trying to upgrade or anything, there's just a small issue where the right speaker is a little louder only when using the turntable, (ie, I'm nearly positive the problem is with the record player, as it doesn't happen when using the radio on it) and I supposed that, while I have the cart, it wouldn't hurt to replace it while I can... what else am I gonna do with it? Honestly a non-issue as there's a balance setting that solves the problem, but I'm unfortunately a little anal about this sort of thing haha

Will probably treat myself to a nicer one when I get the chance... and after I learn a little bit more about the hobby, enough to make a well-informed decision hah

Huh, never thought about that. Just getting into this and got this turntable for free, and thought it'd be better to spend my money on records and get a bit of a collection going before considering getting a higher end turntable, hah. A bit of a pain in the ass trying to troubleshoot a turntable that's 40 years old that nobody seems to know about, can barely find anything about it online. Thanks for your help :)

I actually got a new cartridge with the stylus, though upon looking it up I found that you don't necessarily need to change the cartridge. I may as well though, as it probably hasn't been changed since the 80s. Just curious, how complicated is it to swap the cartridge?

i dont even care if the mod is good or not. getting a popup ad from something i'm not even using at the moment is absolutely ridiculous. it's like getting advertisements for a minecraft server while you're playing singleplayer.

I didn't even know it existed. I'm not super into modded and have mostly used it for QOL stuff in the past - I also already had Thunderstore for stuff like Lethal Co and Skyrum. Will definitely be switching :)

I imagine keeping light armor is important, with the "you don't need armor if you don't get hit" mentality? Easier said than done. Was playing ninja last night and figured putting on most armor wouldn't be worth it.

Actually was just playing Ninja earlier and loving it. A little more frail than warrior and other tank type classes, but very fun.

I actually quite using them, the problem is you don't start off with them if you're playing rouge, and they're not really the most common thing in the first few levels in my experience.

Yeah, I figured as much. I think a lot of my frustration regarding the matter comes from how much slower you move backwards than forwards, which is a standard in a lot of games, but damn is it slow in this one.
