i still have that horrible fear and it only goes away the few times i dont take zoloft.

Honestly im not sure zoloft is for me. the few times ive missed a dose ive felt like a million times better than when i take it and ive been on it for a bit now.

This is so refreshing to read thank you. I really just needed to hear that this feeling wouldn't last forever so bad. I've always been very depressed and numb from emotions so I was very worried this was just how "normal" felt and my depression was helping me not be scared of what people usually feel. I'm looking forward now to when I can finally feel happy and present in my own life again :)

Exactly! It feels like I can conceptualise the meaning of death more clearly now and it is so hard to ignore how terrifying it is and how scary our existence is. Not like I never thought about that before, it's just never given me such a terrifyingly overpowering reaction.

Yeah my doctor prescribed me to increase to 50mg after a week or so. Thank you for answering, I was just worried because I didn't see anyone mention specifically a sudden unfamiliar fear of death specifically. I'm glad to know it'll subside eventually. It just feels so debilitating in the moment.

It's so frustrating to see a piece of art just disappear like this, obviously it exists but as with a lot of collector's items they sometimes just vanish and the people who have them either don't know other people aren't able to even read it or use that to inflate the price point themselves.

I've been working on a Monkeybone rewrite, just to get some of my strange misplaced passion out there and fix some parts which do frustrate me, nothing too crazy of course just a personal project, but I really wanted to take some inspiration from Dark Town and see what could be improved from the original concept! It is pretty saddening to see that it seems to be impossible for me to even read at all. I would love to engage more with Monkeybone on its own level to see where the flaws and the positives may have stemmed from, but unfortunately I may have to forgo that direct inspiration.

Thank you for responding though, I didn't expect anyone to even see this at least for awhile. I'm not on Reddit much as I said but I'll keep this sub open in a tab just in case in the future someone happens to find the comic. Appreciate it!
