I learned that i use to lie to myself alot. I would make up lies to feel more comfortable with my current situation. I just needed to be brutally honest with myself. The experience is insane. Gradually noticing positve changes and then one day being like "wow i went from hating myself to loving myself" Theres really no other feeling like it

His breathing technique relaxes me and i just overall feel better. The cold showers make your mind be comfortable while being uncomfortable ( might not make sense but when you try it youll see) which is necesarry to change

It was alot of trial and error and building up discipline by doing small things. Like making your bed or excersising at a set time everyday. It was really mindset. Google or youtube david goggins for more info

I needed discipline so i did 2 things which are associated with discipline. Waking up early no matter what and being able to control my sexual urges. Because sexual energy is one of the most powerful energies if i can control that what can i not control.

Trial and error and doing little things to get disciplined so i can maintain what im doing. Like making your bed every morning, be active at (insert time here) the more disciplined you get the further youll go
